From the epicentre of the UK new music scene (or as the band like to call it, Stoke-on-Trent), Shader are making waves with their unique blend of indie, rock, and northern groove influences. Formed by singer/songwriter Stuart Whiston and guitarist Mike Lo Bosco, the band's journey began at a local musical college where they bonded over their mutual musical interests. Through lineup changes and a steadfast commitment to their "DIY or die" mentality, Shader honed their craft on stages across the country, eventually solidifying their lineup with bassist Darren Edwards and drummer Thomas Turney.

Their relentless pursuit of success paid off with notable achievements, including their single "Time is Right" reaching the UK's number two spot. Signing with Run on Records based in Liverpool, Shader released their debut album "Everything is Connected" in 2023, showcasing their evolution and musical diversity. Critics have lauded the band's ability to seamlessly blend melodic wall-of-sound guitars with Whiston's captivating vocals, solidifying Shader as a rising force in the British rock scene.
